The Goodies are back!

The Goodies have come back on ABC2, Monday nights at 8pm - It may only be a trial, but if the ratings are good, The Goodies may stay on - I hope!

If i remember correctly it was more entertaining than 99% of what is on TV in 2010....not that i bother to switch on too often now.

Back in 1981, on Channel 2 at 6pm, you could watch "The Kenny Everett Video Show" and "The Goodies" at 6.30pm - We had a good un-interrupted hour of laughs, no endless commercials, no hype, just laughs! It was great! "Doctor Who" or "Monkey" came on next at 7pm.

Them were the days! 8-)

That is an understatement Graham back then they actually tried to entertain you, now all they damn well think of is the ratings, it has not clicked with the current programmer's that the two are actually linked.

Loved that show, I reckon the best one though is were they go to the funeral and she accidentally drops the oranges into the grave!
