Burning train blocks Noarlunga line
Trains to Noarlunga are running again after a fire ignited in a city-bound engine at Marion Station tonight.
Nobody was injured and a TransAdelaide spokesman said MFS fire fighters quickly extinguished the fire about 5.45pm.
South-bound trains were interrupted but are back on schedule and TransAdelaide is supplying buses for commuters heading to the city.
The damage engine has been shifted from the track for inspection.
