Adelaide tram commuters have been forced onto buses because weekend work on the South Road overpass is not finished. Workers have been replacing the temporary track on the overpass and installing new overhead wiring.

TRAMS will be running on the new Glenelg Tram Overpass within weeks. The 40m long overpass station platform will be lifted into place on Sunday and large panels forming lift shafts for the overpass will be put in place early next week.
